Any disrespectful and violent behavior will result in termination of services and the police may be involved. If you have any complaints and issues please email us and we will seek to sort it out as soon as possible.

All NDIS funded bookings will be invoiced prior to class and full fees will be charged with out 24 hours notice for non attendance. We reserve the right to offer your permeant spot to someone else after 4 consecutive no notice non attendances and there will be no refunds. It is up to the client to determine if their plan will cover the service and we are not able to advise you on your individual plan. Invoices must be approved prior to attendance to confirm booking. By completing the booking request form you are entering into a written agreement with us confirming your eligibility.

For in home appointments there will be a travel fee charged. This is charged in relation to distance from Munno Para West and is per 30 minutes of travel time.

For all NDIS group art classes 1 support worker per person is able to attend and engage free of charge. We have 1 support worker in all our Group classes to help facilitate and offer assistance as required. Please note that they are not able to provide 1 on 1 care and will be acting as additional support and teachers aid during class time. If you require extra support getting in and out of a vehicle please let us know prior to attending so we can be ready to assist as we can not guarantee that assistance can be provided with out prior notice. This can be added on the intake form.
